Request data deletion

You can request deletion of your FairDraw account and associated personal information, including information received through Facebook or Google sign-in. Account deletion is currently handled by request, rather than a button in your profile.

1. Email poolprofairdraw@gmail.com from the email address registered with FairDraw. Use the subject FairDraw data deletion request.
2. Include your FairDraw display name and say whether you want your whole account deleted or particular information removed, such as a photo or contact number. If you used Facebook or Google sign-in, mention that too.
3. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in the initial request.
4. We will confirm the outcome and explain any event or security records that need to be retained. Saved tournament names, results, corrections and audit history are reviewed separately from your private player profile.

Disconnecting social login

You can remove FairDraw from Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings, or from your Google account’s third-party connections. That stops the provider connection; it does not by itself delete information already held by FairDraw. Use the email request above for deletion.
